EirGrid, the state-owned electricity transmission system operator, would like to invite you to attend the EirGrid Energy Citizens Roadshow on the 21st September and 22nd September in Wicklow.
The EirGrid Energy Citizen Roadshow is open to community groups, businesses, farmers and anyone interested in the future of energy in Wicklow, retrofitting their home or community facility and the potential for microgeneration renewable projects.
The events will include a panel discussion on the above topics with EirGrid, ESB Networks, the SEAI and Wicklow County Council. There will also be questions and answers session. Information stalls will be available on the evening covering a range of topics such as:
Home energy grants and upgrades
Microgeneration and community ownership
the sustainable development goals, and
community and rural development supports.
You and anyone you feel would be interested are most welcome to attend.
The events will take place from 6.30pm to 8pm on (refreshments will be served)

22nd September, East Glendalough School, Wicklow Town
